Any home health agency that works with clients on Medicaid or Medicare must comply with the COVID-19 vaccination rules established by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services . Per Vera, the pt did have a PE and is being treated in the hospital and they are very appreciative for Sasha noting this on her assessment.
